With more than six decades of legacy, our space pays homage to the rich wine heritage of Rioja Alavesa, originated in 1959 by a group of brave winegrowers. Today, under the direction of the third generation trained at the Basque Culinary Center, we offer a unique gastronomic experience, where local flavors are combined with modern techniques and a careful selection of local wines.
